Abstract:

Global enterprises often lack a single line of sight to their end-to-end business plan and are therefore unable to execute business decisions and changes in real-time. That is where a new approach called Integrated Business Planning and Execution comes into play, making for the first time all planning information consolidated into a single hub allowing the alignment of Finance and Supply Chain.

About the speakers:

Patrik Jonsson – Professor in Operations & Supply Chain Management at Chalmers University of Technology
Patrik has a PhD in production management from Lund University. His activities are in the field of operations and supply chain planning, specifically in the generation of demand and supply coordination in firms and supply chains through data- and technology-enabled operations and planning processes. He is actively involved with PLAN where he is responsible for the APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional and Sales and Operations Planning programs.

Dr. Roger Lindau – Senior Executive Advisor Supply Chain Management – Oracle Nordics
Supply Chain Management Executive with 30 years experiences to manage and develop global multi-site networks and complex plant supply chains. Driven by challenges to organise and develop complex structures and cultures together with people and at the same time deliver outstanding results. Roger has Worked in companies such as: ABB, Volvo Construction Equipment, Eberspächer, AAK, Meritor, Hägglunds.

Denis Senpere – Vice President Europe, Inspirage
Denis joined Inspirage in 2016 to lead the European development of the company. He has more than 20 years of experience in SCM applied to discrete manufacturing, life sciences and consumer goods industries. As such he is often engaged as executive sponsor for Inspirage industrial projects. Denis also serves as a board member to several European technology companies.

Sascha Gruendler – Solutions Director, Inspirage
Sascha is a Solution Director at Inspirage, bringing 15+ years of experience in IT and consulting in the Supply Chain area for mid-size and large enterprises from different industries.
