The Executive DDMRP Simulation Game

The Supply Chain Executive Workshop is a simulation game based on Lego Bricks. You will experiment hands-on the transformation of your traditional supply chain to the most advanced flow-based methodology. It creates a great business value by increasing order fulfilment, stabilising production, reducing working capital and alleviating stress.

With the Supply Chain Executive Workshop you will discover how big players have improved their end to end supply chain like Assa Abloy, Michelin, Coca Cola, BioMerieux, LVMH and many more!

OBJECTIVES:

– Gain an overview of the importance of flow and the links between customer demands, scheduling and suppliers

– Experience the changes that DDMRP will bring to your information and material flow management

– Experience the new supply chain organisation for distribution networks subject to the VUCA world

– Learn some basic principles of Supply Chain Management and DDMRP while having fun

CONTENT:

In teams, participants simulate the transformation of a supply chain to achieve levels of customer service performance and inventory reduction.
